TTEC Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

I had a group Zoom interview. It was very long (well over an hour) , and with so many people (almost 20) included there was not much time to make an impression. I was asked 2 questions during the entire interview.

Fill out an application first, do an employment assessment, if passed they send you a link to schedule an interview on Zoom (group interview), afterwards if offered a position you have to complete a background check and drug screen. Next they verify your information to send equipment and send email with tech check information and training g schedule.
