I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC in Oct 2009
Interview
There was a primary interview with another 30 people.
Then the recruiter called for a 1:1 which took no more than 5min per person. Lots of sitting and waiting until your turn. Once that went thru, they send the workbooth cd. If you can make it work in your computer, then they offer you a job.
They will not tell you the program until first day of training. You have a feeling for which it is, they will not tell you directly.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TTEC (Tampa, FL) in Sep 2011
Interview
I filled out the application, took the test and I would say in a day or two got an email back to schedule for group interview. By the way, since I applied for the at home position everything in the interview process was online and over the phone. I had to sign in to a website they sent me the link to. I was with about 25 others. Probably 5 dropped off before interview was over. It was 2 hrs long and very easy. The group was a 1 question task we had to answer about a time we had to deal with a difficult customer and situation and how we handled it. had to answer a few questions by typing them into the chat room. last, we had a minute 1 on 1. 2 days later I got an email saying that i qualified to go further
