I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TTEC (Dublín, Dublín) in Dec 2017
Interview
First interview with the staff agency, a 20 minute phone call about experiences, my knowledge of the products etc..
Then a letter to write in my native language. Why I would love to work at Ttec etc...
Second interview in person with 2 managers, questions mostly oriented on my resume, not a conversation. You can feel an immediate difference when you had interviews the same week. I felt like they were trying to frame me rather than talking about the job and the products. The guy tried to look online for my manager name in the middle of the interview. Unprofessional.
Then I had a call simulation with one of the managers and we had different point of views. His was as an account manager I would sell whatever happen a budget increase, and tell the clients if he increase his budget he'll have more sales. Mine was more analytical in his account and see what we could improve before increasing the budget, because if your campaign is a bad campaign, a greater budget wont automatically make more sales.
After that I realized that I could not do this job. Maybe as a vendor, they have a narrower overview of managing a Google account. My skills and background makes me have a deeper understanding so I preferred after the interview not even sending a thank you email. I did not get any offer or feedback for the recruiter. Fair enough, I would have declined it and never worked for them. One of the managers did not even know about a partnership between their client Google, and the biggest cloud company... Means a lot

Interview
Painless and quick the people in the front office are nice and really seem like they care, not to mention they have a good approach. But they make you fill out forms and test your computer skills in a test lasting an hour plus they interview you with other applicants in a room that same day you come in. But that is after you filled out the initial application online then they call and schedule an interview where you test and they tell you what job or role they are looking for
