TTEC Customer Service CSR interview questions

Interview process is pretty standard until you get to the offer call. My status showed I was receiving a offer of employment so I called them. I was told I would get an email when someone was available to do a offer call. So I waited, as of today, I have been waiting for four months! I called again and was told I was to receive an offer of employment, but couldn’t give me any time frame of when that would be. Don’t leave your old employment until they actually give you the offer call.
