TTEC Customer Service CSR interview questions

She asked me questions about my lifestyle. Was I employeed or not. If I could concentrate for long periods of time. And if I would be able to get on the computer by 8 am every morning. And also if I had a printer. I told her yes. Also she wanted to know, what I knew about micro soft Excel or any other data sheet analysis.

Group interview. Had a great time. Talent acquisition team was funny and personable. Originally was supposed to be one on one interviews but there were about 12 people who’d showed up so 5 of us were asked if we didn’t mind doing a group interview instead.
