TTEC Customer Service CSR interview questions

The interviewer is very calm and nice. Scheduling your interview is also easy, you can choose your preferred time and date. Questions are mostly about work experience and your qualifications. Not bad at all. Neutral experience.

The interview was a group interview and it was very enjoyable. We watched a video on the company's history and answered questions about our background and past work experiences. It was a Zoom meeting and were asked to be on video.
