It's mostly a one-day process but due to the fact that there are a lot who are trying for a call center job, chances are you'll be scheduled for a final interview and live call simulation the next or in the next few days. If you passed these battery of interviews and tests then, you'll be scheduled for a job offer and on to your training which is about 4 weeks.
