Interview
You will be given an initial to assess your verbal ability, then, you'll be given a computer-based test to know you ability to handle computers and its applications, these are just basic computer skills. If you passed these initial process, you will be interviewed by the hiring manager to profile you for the right account based on your experience and ability. It's mostly a one-day process but due to the fact that there are a lot who are trying for a call center job, chances are you'll be scheduled for a final interview and live call simulation the next or in the next few days. If you the live-call simulation, which is mostly by a team lead thru a remote call, you'll have a final interview with someone who is from higher management. If you passed these battery of interviews and tests then, you'll be scheduled for a job offer and on to your training which is about 4 weeks.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
