TTEC Custimer Service Representative interview questions

Interview process is pretty standard until you get to the offer call. My status showed I was receiving a offer of employment so I called them. I was told I would get an email when someone was available to do a offer call. So I waited, as of today, I have been waiting for four months! I called again and was told I was to receive an offer of employment, but couldn’t give me any time frame of when that would be. Don’t leave your old employment until they actually give you the offer call.

It was great it took about 2 hours but I was able to understand why the girls there guided me through every step of the way I was very happy when I was told I was hired I only went back the next day with the documents they requested and signed my contract it was smooth and easy :)
