TTEC Custimer Service Representative interview questions

The interview was pretty easy, it was a group interview with like 15 other people , they asked simple questions like what position your looking to working do you have experience would you like full or part time and how many years of csr do you have.

The initial interview is via phone, then they will send you an assessment and situational exam. The final interview is via zoom, which took about 15 minutes. Then, they will send you an email the next day if yoh passed the final interview.
