TTEC Custimer Service Representative interview questions

Initially mailed me that I am a successful candidate for an interview but that I need to complete my application?! Too much fluff. No real communication with phone representative who has to pull up your file and ask the same questions as the online application. She sent me another link to complete an assessment, and at this stage I’m super disinterested. Feels scammy, too. And I don’t like to be misled, already felt like I was when I had to continue filling out applications, even though I’ve received an invitation to interview. Shady.
