TTEC Custimer Service Representative interview questions

Interview was very short and to the point. You are in a group via zoom you get a brief overview of the company then you are selected at a later date with an assignment.

The interviewer is very calm and nice. Scheduling your interview is also easy, you can choose your preferred time and date. Questions are mostly about work experience and your qualifications. Not bad at all. Neutral experience.
