TTEC Custimer Service Representative interview questions

My experience with this company was mixed. The recruiter reached out saying my profile could be a fit, and I was invited to both an assessment and an interview. I prepared thoroughly, and the interview itself went well — the interviewer was open and conversational, even mentioning that I was engaging and talkative. However, I was later rejected with feedback that my background and experience were not a strong match. While I appreciate the professionalism during the interview, it felt like the process wasn’t aligned with my actual profile, which gave the impression that my time could have been used more efficiently.
