My experience with this company was mixed. The recruiter reached out saying my profile could be a fit, and I was invited to both an assessment and an interview. I prepared thoroughly, and the interview itself went well — the interviewer was open and conversational, even mentioning that I was engaging and talkative.
However, I was later rejected with feedback that my background and experience were not a strong match. While I appreciate the professionalism during the interview, it felt like the process wasn’t aligned with my actual profile, which gave the impression that my time could have been used more efficiently.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TTEC (Galveston, TX) in Feb 2026
Interview
The "interview" process was odd and incredibly unfair. You don't speak to anyone - it's just you answering their questions and video recording yourself, answering questions on their assessments, all while your camera is turned on and they (and warn you) snap photos of you along the way to ensure you aren't cheating or switching tabs.
