TTEC Custimer Service Representative interview questions

It was a disorganized group interview. They had machines test your English rather that a live person.

There was a primary interview with another 30 people. Then the recruiter called for a 1:1 which took no more than 5min per person. Lots of sitting and waiting until your turn. Once that went thru, they send the workbooth cd. If you can make it work in your computer, then they offer you a job. They will not tell you the program until first day of training. You have a feeling for which it is, they will not tell you directly.
