TeleTech has a great hiring and interview process. The entire process is handled by phone and web. The responses are always within the time frames given and the instructions for advancing in the process were clear. I began an application on the company website and received an e-mail invitation to schedule an appointment for an interview within days. The interview was a web and phone conference format and took about two hours. I received a formal offer letter within less than a month of starting the process.

So, I applied online, then came in to do the skill/personality test. After a quick interview, which was fairly standard, I didn't hear anything for weeks. I called the company back, and was told, originally, I was marked as declined offer, but after I told them I didn't decline, they gave me another interview, then, two weeks later, I was hired.

Interview
You get a hiring presentation and then choose to accept or decline. 1 Question is asked of each person individually with a group meeting online. The question asks like "Describe a time where you had to deal with a difficult situation involving a Customer?" Things like that to assess your attitude and service.
