TTEC Custimer Service Representative interview questions

It was a pretty quick interview. Think it was just a walk in. They talk to you about previous employers and give you a computer test. Things like how to check your email and what applications do what. There was also a typing test. Not sure if it really mattered just getting an understanding of how well you can do on a computer. Thats about it.

over the phone group interview and also group interview with job offer. this was a mass hiring due to the holiday ramp season.. i knew if i could get on then i would be kept on after from seasonal agent to perm part time in less then 6 months
