TTEC Custimer Service Representative interview questions

First you need to make some computer tests. The computer are old and the software is not the most usable. It is common that people fail the tests, not because they don't know, but for the aplication design. Then you need to make a test by telephone. You answer the questions using the keypad. Then they interview you.

It was actually very good. You get a mock call right off the bat which gave you a good idea but not accurate idea of what you do daily. The hiring manager Laura is a sweetheart. I just wish this job was not such a pain in the rear.
