For the interview there are three round first round is hr round it's very you have to introduce yourself to hr and basic interaction after they will select you for the next round the second round is assessment test round for example i was there for the customer service profile so my assessment test is according to voice related pronunciation, grammar and thought process that's all after i passed my assessment test they will send you for the ops operation round in this round you have to meet the manager for the particular process and introduce yourself properly and manager will ask you some questions like you have to speak for 1-2 minutes about the topic manager give you before manager give you the topic he/she ask you to decide the topic and if he/she find the topic not interesting so they tell you the particular topic to speak and ask some questions: why want to join tp? why do you want to work in bpo sector and asking about some customer service related questions and also the mail crafting as a customer service executive
