3 round. It is quite good process. Sales Manager ask you some question about strategy, case study, checking your attitude when you must face to face hard questions. Once you are willing to do, it would be easier to pass.
I went through the on-campus interview, and I went to their onsite interview. The process took a week. The process was really laid-back and the interview questions are basically fit/behavioral questions. I have not heard back from them yet, and I am still waiting for the decision.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TE Connectivity (San Jose, CA) in Mar 2013
Interview
Met with a different engineering and plant managers to discuss position and my credentials and qualifications. Planned through the HR and was there for a good 3 hours. Was sent an offer letter in a week or so and ultimately negotiated my salary to where I felt was good. The company matched and I accepted.
