TE Connectivity interview questions

There was an initial interview/ review with the staffing agency. After that there was an HR interview. Then an interview with the manager that was recruiting for the position on the phone. This followed an in person interview in the next 2 weeks with the team I would be working in. This followed an interview with the team I would be supporting. Most of these interviews were easy and there were hardly any technical questions asked. After this the HR department made an offer, and there was a call explaining the benefits. I asked for additional time in joining they gave me some time (Until April). The whole process started in December 07/ January 08..

The HR recruiter was great and very personable --- we connected and established an immediate rapport. She went out of her way to be hospitable. Unfortunately, one of the interviewers did not show up which caused a definite change in moods for the recruiter. She had to reschedule the interviews on the spot. The interviews with the business hiring team (peers) were a belly-flop. I sensed internal upheaval with the position. The hiring manager, I know, was trying to build a best in class team and good rapport was established during our 1:1. The impromptu interview with the senior level vp was short and indicative of someone who seemed not concerned in the hiring process. Never received any feedback on my post-interview status despite several communications attempts, including post-interview thank you letter protocol and both phone and emails to HR. I would avoid this company at this time when applying for marketing positions.
