I interviewed three times, including a phone screening. After the second round, I didn't receive any feedback for over a month and eventually saw the same position reposted. When I asked about the timeline for the results during the second interview, I was told "soon." I followed up with the local recruiter via text and phone—there was no reply to my messages initially, and I only got through on my second call, where they informed me the interview process was still ongoing.
From my perspective as a recruiter, the process felt disorganized: There were no keep warm efforts—which are essential for effective talent acquisition—nor were any status updates provided. Excellent talent acquisition should measure the timeline and keep updated to candidate which builds successful employer branding. However, this resulted in a highly unprofessional candidate experience, and it stands out as one of the most disappointing interview processes I have encountered in 2025.
