Conversations surround mainly on getting to know each other. It's rather causal and it's enjoyable overall as the questions are more about my personality, work style and fit to the team.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They mainly asked about the reasons why I chose the company and role, and understanding me better.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TD (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2018
Interview
In person interview which was comprised mostly of one answer technical questions. The manager with whom the interview was with did not show up. The analysts interviewing me seemed uninterested and struggled to communicate in English which made the experience awkward.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Philadelphia, PA) in Oct 2019
Interview
They started asking me directly the questions that they wanted. I did not have the change to introduce myself, neither to speak about my experience.
They asked behavioral questions and technical questions. Behavioral questions were okay, technical questions (most of them were impossible to solve right there) and also the Chinese girl who was asking that questions had problems speaking English, so you had to ask multiple times what she really asking.
Very disappointing.
Never again I am going to apply to this "bank".
