I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Toronto, ON) in Jul 2016
Interview
I was a merit award recipient and TD is partnered with the scholarship to provide jobs for the recipients. Did an online assessment: All behavioral questions, asking if I would agree or disagree with statements (I am lazy, I am ethical, etc). Then I did a phone interview. very easy and only questions: do you have sales experience, what do you know about this position, etc. After, I did a group interview. 13 people were invited and were separated into groups of 4 and had to come up with an event to support the ones effected by Fort McMurray fire. while were were working on that, they would come and take us to do a one on one interview. The interviewer was pretty nice.
