TD Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I applied through my campus, they came to my university for the first interview. first interview based on generic questions and availability. They asked me to upload my resume and fill questionnaire and confirm with them. after 5 days they sent me a test (Just be yourself). after that they called emailed me for a panel interview followed by a presentation. There were 30 people in the room, they gave us some information and gave us time to prepare for a group presentation. meanwhile they were pullling one person at a time to interview. There were 2 managers, who asked me STAR question.They might push to answer their questions. you cant just say that i never had a problem in my previous job.

Went to a job fair,and got a call from HR the next morning. It was a brief interview. They asked some standard questions and my past experiences. And why do i want to work for TD. Then completed online assessment, and simulation test. I have to go for a group interview next week.
