TD Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Interview felt welcoming and there weren't many technical questions involved. They asked me about my past experiences and how I can relate those experiences to their company. They gave me a lot of details about the role and answered all of my questions in a kind manner.

Standard HR screening call followed by a majority behavioural interview with the MCE and final Interview with Branch Manager. Straightforward process that ensures candidates have the attitude and patience to work in customer service.
