TD interview questions

Basic interview questions. Tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why did you choose the banking sector? Give me a time you had to use your customer service skills to get a great result at work. The interview was held at the branch, usually one or two of the managers. Quite relaxed, nothing too intense. Just include "customer service" into your responses and also the word "excellent".

The interview process was very calm and moderately easy asked a lot of behavioral and real life example questions. The interviewers were very aggressive on a few questions but most of the part it was very easy to me personally. You will need to brush up on your sales skills and make sure you keep eye contact.
