Basic interview questions. Tell me about yourself, where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why did you choose the banking sector? Give me a time you had to use your customer service skills to get a great result at work.
The interview was held at the branch, usually one or two of the managers. Quite relaxed, nothing too intense. Just include "customer service" into your responses and also the word "excellent".

It was alright nice people they asked lots of questions very solid, to interview was really long and the employees were behind but all in all that was a solid interview. I would definitely recommend the managers and everyone were really nice.
