Interview
There was a three-step process: Questionnaire, Video interview, In-person Interview. The interviewer depends on how you got hired. I was hired through a district trainee program and branch liked me and decided to hire me. Or you can go to the branch itself and ask to do an interview there and they will send you a questionnaire. If you pass that, you'll get the job.

People Manager and Customer Service Manager was there for interview. Asked questions about service experiences. How you dealt with customers and handle with conflicts. Interview last minutes. Gave a reply within three days.

Interview
First round with one of the customer service managers and second round with branch manager and another manager. Expect some behavioural-based questions and show your commitment. Second interview was a lot shorter compared to the first one.
