Interview
phone screening, group and panel discussions followed by individual interview. There was a group presentation on a chosen topic as a team where each person had to present in front of a panel. Customer service and presentation skills were analyzed. Group activity was monitored by the panel. The activity was easy and fun! Team coordination and friendliness were assessed as well as adjustment capabilities. The longest duration taken was for the criminal record check and credit score and report check.

Interview
Fairly simple interview over the phone. Then in-person at training day interview with a manager after a simulation group exercise is completed as well. Long day filled with many hiring managers looking over you.

Typical personal behaviour questions. Things like how you'd handle certain situations, times where you have persevered, failed, etc. Discussion about why you'd like the role and any background in customer service you have and how it will aid you.

Interview in the branch with the head. About an hour long. They brought me into a room and just asked me questions about how I deal with people and general questions about greatest weakness and strength.
