TD Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

I was referred through a friend. They called me first, there want a phone interview. I just met in person and the interview was with two managers. The interview was pretty short but I was also well prepared. Super chill process just be confident and prepared and they will be impressed.

takes around 30 minutes to finish the interview, very common questions. easy to prepare. May ask questions about sale skills. the interviewee is very nice and a good listener. overall good
