TD Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

Sat down with a manager of customer service and a branch manager and was asked some very basic interview questions. The interview was approximately 45 minutes long but typically they are shorter. The managers are very easy going. It is important to smile a lot and be personable at the interview. They want someone with personality.
