TD Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Applied online, one on one office interview with talent acquisition partner followed by a group interview. The group interview contains a group presentation and individual interview with the branch manager. 90% of the questions are behavioural. Friendly and positive experience.

Three interviews; phone, in-person, and group. Phone interview was brief and very broad asking about the resume. In-Person became more specific about past work experience and pay expectations. Group interview was with 19 others, all taking turns answering a variety of questions.
