TD Customer Service (CSR) interview questions

just receive a call and come in branch for an interview. BEst result drop resume at the location in person that is hiring online. Or just apply online and hope for the best to get called by human resources. So just make your own luck instead of hoping.

I created an account on TD's website, and uploaded my resume and cover letter, filled out where I went to school, etc. Then answered a personality questionnaire that took about an hour to fill out. A few days later I got a call from the branch manager to arrange an interview.
