I pointed out that she had a need for the stapler (she had papers in front of her), and I asked her if she liked to keep her papers together (demonstrated a need for the product). She said yes, so I pointed out the various qualities of the stapler (durable, light weight, easy to use, etc) and then asked if she would like to try using it herself. The other lady was so impressed and said she had never seen anyone sell anything so well in an interview before
