TD Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The first interview was a 30 minute phone call asking about yourself, explaining your previous experiences by going through your resume, and relating your previous experiences to scenario-based questions.

It was easy. HR manager already provides you a few questions to prepare. Big help from the HR. Interview was very informative and they explains you their expectations from you and assures you about the training you will be receiving. Great company to work for.
