TD Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I applied online and then I did the online assessment. Afterwards HR called me and scheduled a phone interview with them later that week. Once selected, I did another (final) interview with the hiring manager and with another TD representative.

There were two round of phone interviews The first-round interview was basically behavior questions such as 'why you want to work at TD.' The second round had also mostly behavior questions, plus a second language test
