TD Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Applied online, got an e-mail 3 days later to take the questionnaire. Once it was finished, got a phone call to set up a phone interview. Interview was scheduled a week later. Interview questions were pretty much same as other people stated. Behavioral questions, like describe an experience on team conflicts, describe an experience when you exceeded your goal. About 3 weeks later, got a phone call to have a interview at the branch in the area I wanted. Tomorrow I have an interview.

First contact was via phone, asked simple questions about: previous employer, why I left, my banking experience, and how much I wanted to get paid. After that a in person group interview with one hiring manager asked simple question about education, what type of position I was looking for etc, then an In-store interview with: Branch Manager, Assisted Branch Manager, and head Teller. I was asked some STAR questions and about my previous banking experience. Hint> you have to be okay with working on the weekend to work at TD.
