Had gone for the career event for customer service representative position. They had asked to fill a form in writing with questions such as why TD? How is this role in line with your long term goals?

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TD (Vancouver, BC) in May 2015
Interview
Phone interview. She called an hour early but I was able to do the interview at that time. Took about 30 minutes in total. Previously you had to fill out a skills and personality test online from an email. Took about 30 minutes as well. Answer honestly.

Question 1
Behavioural questions and examples of exceptional customer service. Be prepared to have at least 4 or 5 different examples ready because many of the questions are asking for the same thing but worded differently.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TD (London, ON) in May 2015
Interview
applied during a hiring event. Received an email a few days later to complete an online test. I didn't "pass" the test and I don't know the reason behind it. I completed the online test to my best ability and honestly do not know why they rejected the result. A branch manager even recommended me, but seems like the HR department doesn't like me for some reason. Anyhow, I find the system to be rather subjective, since all they based on is your ability to score on the test, rather than your actual performance. Otherwise, the process was okay. I did received a bonus "interview" with a manager but again HR makes the final decision so no luck for me.
