It was friendly, informative, upbeat and there was a test to ensure that I had the correct skills. They explained the job well and showed me the work environment. They made me feel comfortable. They explained things well. They were pleasant, warm and friendly. It was a good experience.

Applied online and got an interview after few weeks. First was interviewed by two CSR managers. After one week, interviewed by a branch manager. Another one week later, asked to do an online personality test. And some paper work after.
