TD Financial Services Representative interview questions

1st- phone interview for about 20 min 2nd- face to face interview with very common interview questions "tell me about yourself, why do you want to work for td, teamwork, problem resolution etc) Hiring staff were not very educated. Work cutlure is hostile because of bad management, VERY PERFORMANCE driven. You don't matter, just whether you hit sales targets or not. Advice: do not work for TD bank unless you want a sales driven job where the only thing that matters are your metrics/sales targets and there is absolutely no teamwork or intellectual ability involved.
