I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Winnipeg, MB) in Jan 2016
Interview
if there is any vacancy of position, there is list on it official website to be applied, you need to do online apply first, then may be followed by a on-line inquiry list, the questions are all about personality but not any special work background so treat everybody equally which is fine. then they may arrange telephone interview so to get a better understanding about you and it may be followed by a interview in person if necessary. generally speaking, the TD interview procedure is not length and they are really friendly indeed, not complex but take some time. that is all and no much complex things and no need to worry about it.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TD (Calgary, AB) in Aug 2016
Interview
My first interview with them was a telephonic round. I was later called in for a second round of interview which was Networking Group session which consisted of 3 components. A group project, an one-on-one interview,a branch visit. It was indeed a very good experience.

Why Customer Service?
If you were to be described in one word what would it be?
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at TD (Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2014
Interview
Applied at the branch and got interviewed a week later. Prepared well but did not get offered and despite preparations was told to know more about the company. Funny thing is they never asked any questions pertaining to knowledge of the company. I told them all the right things too like the company won multiple JD power awards and when it was established too.
