Took almost 1.5 month for the whole hiring process. It was a online assessment followed by a phone interview. 2 weeks later I got the invitation for panel interview. 18 candidates and 6 branch managers. It had group work and individual insights on different questions.

It was a PHONE INTERVIEW, in the afternoon.
Ask you some basic status and a few behaviors questions. Told me to wait for some days but nobody connect me latter. It lasted for around 15 minutes. Asked Who referred you and what is the relationship? I think you should say you are very closed.
