TD Customer Service Representative CSR interview questions

I didn’t selected, everything is all good, but I don’t have too many confidence, it’s a good idea if you are a bilingual, much easier to get the job, for me language is like a barrier

My experience with TD bank was awful. Hr representative was really disrespectful and unorganised. She rescheduled my interview thrice and on top of that when I confirmed the third time of it's going to happen, she called me unprofessional which I found really inappropriate. I never reported this case but I think TD should have a way to know how their HR representative conducting their job. Afterall, they're the face of the company. Now, I'm sharing this so that no other candidate goes through the same disrespect.
