Applied online, but I was out of town for 2 weeks right after I applied. I got an email 1 week later asking if I am really interested. I guess I missed the calls because I was out of town. I replied the HR person and called her right after I was back in town. She basically asked about my background information and why TD. The call only lasted for like 10 minutes. I guess the position was filled already.

Interview
There was a phone interview that was very brief, after that I had to do an online assessment, which led to an in-person interview with both the manager of customer service and the branch manager. After all interviews I was offered the job contingent on my credit check and background check coming back positive.

Did not apply for the position but a lady from HR called and had a phone interview with me. Referred me to a branch had a 30 minute interview with the Manager of Customer Service, had a second interview with the branch manager two weeks later.
