TD Customer Experience Associate interview questions

interview consisted of a case and a behavioural aspect. We were in groups and were given 1 hour to prep for the case and 45 min for the behavioural aspect.

After receiving my resumé, I got a call back right away. I had three interviews in total. The first interview was with (my now) People Manager. She asked basic questions (eg. tell me about yourself). I was called in for a second interview with all of the managers (the other People Managers and the Branch Manager), which was basically a repetition of the first. The third interview was with my People Manager once again.
