Just applied for this job through the website. After a month or so, I received an email with a telephone job interview invitation. The phone interview was pretty standard behavioural, no technical questions, just situational ones.

Interview
After getting application accepted there was a telephonic interview. And later video interview with two manager. This interview was basically behavioral interview and was 30 minutes long. Interviews were very friendly and made me feel at ease.
Easy, brief, they really are looking at how you would interact with customers. They also look at your availability, based on what shifts they need. This is a face to face customer job, you really need to show how you are under pressure and how professional you are to be the representative for TD.
