TD Customer Experience Associate interview questions

It was formal and not that complicated For me it was mostly easy and general with a lot of common questions and mostly situation ones focussed towards the customer service

The interviewer was kind and reviewed my whole resume with me. They asked a few basic screening questions. They also asked me a few situational/behavioural questions and asked me to use examples from my previous experiences. Overall a good interview experience.
