There is an online assessment which is behavioral based and an online simulation which is like a real time scenario. After that you have a group discucssionn where they give you a case and you analyze it. Prior knowledge of credit cards can be helpful. There is a one on one interrview as well wherre they ask you about your goals and ambitions

Interview
- Met HR at an event.
- Applied online
- Online Assessment test received within 1 week
- Received a call for phone interview
- At the end of phone interview, they offered me group interview.
- We were 6 for the interview. A big conference room where they asked us "about ourselves" and paired us in 3 groups where we were given a particular scenario and we had to provide the solution. Once done, then the journey goes to one on one interview.
- Next day received a call with an offer.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TD (Markham, ON) in Jan 2019
Interview
Straight forward, however the initial phone screen interview questions were redundant. I felt as though the interview wasn’t really paying attention. The conversation felt very forced and dry. The group interview process was thoroughly described to me beforehand. Group interview with other candidates, then pulled out 1 by 1 for the one on one interview. Overall the interview process was standard for a financial institution.
