I had my 1st phone interview with HR. It is very easy and I did not get an offer because it is just the 1st interview. After a few questions and told me about the job description and salary expectations. I was invited for the 2nd video interview.

Why did you leave the previous job? Do you have previous call centre job experience?
1. Phone Screening: The initial phone screening focused primarily on my resume and background. The recruiter asked questions based on my experience, including why I applied for the position and how my past roles align with the responsibilities of the role.
2. Virtual Call: The next step was a virtual interview, where the focus shifted to behavioral questions. The interviewer asked situational questions about handling difficult customer interactions, demonstrating teamwork, and showcasing problem-solving skills.

Interview
The HR was spoken too fast, and the enunciation was unclear on phone screening interview. Not a lot of interview questions were asked. After that, there was no further communication. I feel like the candidate was already predetermined, and the phone interview was just a formality.
